I have to re-do patient contacts

Hi Everybody,

I sent in my packet on Tuesday Oct. 24. I hadn't heard from anybody in

Durham at all so I called Barbara today. She told me that Dr. R had said

that he'd sent me an e-mail (I never got one) stating that I need to re-do

my patient contacts using the on-line form. I believe that we first heard

about having to do the on-line form a day or so after I sent in my packet.

But I might have not followed directions the first time with regards to the

format for patient contact documentation when I included it in my packet. It

should be an " no big deal " thing to just fill out the form online...except

that when I made my patient contacts back in August (I contacted over 150

people), I had AOL. All of those replies were stored in my AOL mailbox. I

don't have AOL anymore. I feel bad about contacting people again but I may

have to. So I am apologizing in advance if you are on of the people i will

get in touch with for the second time...

who is still kind of frustrated
