Guest guest Posted March 9, 2007 Report Share Posted March 9, 2007 Does anyone know if dripping the homemade yogurt overnight so that most of the whey is removed and only the curds remain, will make the yogurt less effective? I usually like to drip it thoroughly then add a half a cup of honey to it. You essentially end up with an indian dessert known as shrikhand.
