Guest guest
O.K. I'm a total non-cooker (in my previous SCD life) and we are stuck in a rut meal-wise. I'm finding that I am creating more autistic tendencies because we are serving the same foods over and over. Now dinner totally means veggie meatballs because that's what he usually gets. Right now all he's getting is various forms of chicken and ground beef. We are at about stage 2 foods (still some stage 1) although he's his had hamburgers skillet fried and seems o.k. with that. So, what are some other easy/tender meats that I could branch out to? In what form should I buy them at my local grocery store or is packaging an issue? Best way to cook? bake/crock pot/etc. Just needs some advice to help me branch out for my guy. Thanks!
