You have me quite puzzled on the bone broth. Enzymes though, have

been proven to be counter effective for celiacs. Most celiacs note

that they get worse with enzymes rather than better. It is not that

well noted but can be found in some abstracts... This is why no

company has been able to market a 'celiac enzyme'.

Hmmmm....well, I know the Bunce family on here claims they did SCD without

enzymes. And they are celiac. I just didn't think it would be true for a lot

of celiacs. I hadn't heard that before. I can't for the life of me figure

out why enzymes would be counter productive. To be honest, I think sometimes

celiac causes so much damage that it's irreversible. I honestly think I just

had it too long to be able to fully recover. Sooo....I will continue with

things the way they are, trying to find new things that might help. I'll

never give up....but sometimes ya' gotta take the hint! :-)
