OT: Has anyone tried making Banana flour?

It doesn't sound hard to make! Just dry, grind, strain some overripe

bananas. I bet this would work better for baking than just chicken.

.....it would take a lot of bananas to make some flour...

If anyone has tried this and it doesn't work...let me know, as I

hate to waste all those ripe bananas...
