Didn't have one last year because in the past I've had REALLY bad reactions to the shot and my doctor said, " NO MORE " . My arm swells up the size of my thighs and gets red from the shoulder to the elbow. But, I am wondering if I would still get that reaction now that the RP is pretty much under control with the metho and pred. In the past the doctor has even tried giving me just a 1/2 dose a week to see if that will lessen the reaction. It didn't work either. Could it be that maybe the 3mgs of pred would help reduce the side effects? Hope you all have some suggestions because I need to have the protection against the flu.
