Guest guest Posted January 30, 2007 Report Share Posted January 30, 2007 Dear list, I need a topping for a birthday cake. How well will jam turn out if you are using strained deseeded raspberries? Will it stick to my cake...I was hoping for a sticky topping, not one that is like jelly. Has anyone ever tried using honey and egg whites before to make a topping. I'm wondering if I heated honey to the right temp., then maybe I could whip it up with some whipped eggs whites...Does anyone know if this might work?
