Guest guest
Flo - I just have to share this recipe. I made it Friday evening and it has been my breakfast every day since and my snacks too! Thank you sooo much for the recipe. From a WW standpoint it is about 3.5 points per cut and I plan on making a batch and taking it to let everyone taste tomorrow night at my meeting. I'll let you know how much the scale has moved this week - somewhere between 3 and 5 pounds I think - I hope! FRUIT SALAD (can be cut in half) 1 large container (32 oz) Vanilla Yogurt (preferably no fat) 2 packages of sugar free, fat free instant vanilla pudding (not mixed up) 3 oz orange juice concentrate (you'll have to buy the big can and scoop some out) 1 15-oz can pineapple chunks in juice Whatever kind of fruit you like - apples, grapes, blueberries, bananas, fresh strawberries, mandarin oranges, etc. Mix the pineapple juice and the orange juice (thawed and undiluted) with the pudding mix then mix in the yogurt. Add fruit. Really yummy! Bananas and apples will not turn because of the citric acid in the OJ. on MGB 10/04/00 Preop 275 10/31/00 265 (my first plateau apparently)
