welcome to the group. I know that meditation or any relaxation and exercise has to help us. STRESS plays a major part in this disease. I was doing Tai Chi for some time. But, somewhere along the line I lost my self disicipline also. It is so hard. I had heart surgery in July due to Rp and am in cardiac rehab now 3 times a week so I feel that the exercise helps. But to totally relax during the day is what I think we all need and it is so hard to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Looking foward to getting to know you and all the other newbies a lot better. Now that the holidays are over, maybe I can get back to my normal routine.

There are many different kinks of meditation, you

can find one right for you, but it also is being good to yourself to take

time out of your busy day just for yourself. I find it extremely helpful, but

am finding it hard to selfdisicipline myself right now, but I keep working on

it daily.
