If you are eating a lot of non-organic meat and cheese, then you would be

getting the added hormones from that.

Did anyone else notice that their child had an increase in urine

production? Ben used to pee only 4 or so times a day, now it's all the

time and lots of it. Might be easier to Potty train now though! I have

a better chance of catching it! I noticed the same thing with myself

when I began the diet.

Also-is there a hormone connection here for women? I've had some

strange things hapenning to my body at the same time I began the diet.

Yes, increased urine production has been reported.... not at all uncommon.

Probably part of the detoxification process, although I really don't know the

exact cause.

SCD can potentially change your entire system .... since the health and

effectiveness of the gut certainly plays into the immune system and pretty much

all body systems. Again, I don't know exactly what is going on, but I'm not

surprised to hear of hormonal changes. Your whole body is probably saying " What

the HECK is going on ?!?! " Might seem like a major upheaval at first, but all

for good in the long run.
