Guest guest Posted February 27, 2007 Report Share Posted February 27, 2007 When deciding between pasteurized goat milk and pasteurized organic cow milk for making yogurt, which is more important to you, the species (goat vs. cow) or the " organicness " (conventional vs. organic)? I am sorry to have mentioned raw dairy in my previous post, as I didn't mean to ask about that.
