Guest guest
<<What kind of results did you get when you used it? Did you see improvements? >> , First, you need to know that my daughter does not have autism.... she basically has cerebral palsy, severe delays and epilepsy. I started her on the Vitamin K protocol, because I have reason to believe she has calcium management issues....but our goal is primarily seizure control. I started her on the CLO from Green Pastures since many of the vit K parents are using that brand. First time I ordered, I got the super-duper one with the butter oil because it sounded really good after I read up on their website. I really did not see any " improvements " .... in fact, within two weeks of starting it (last September), she broke out in a very strange rash that was later diagnosed as " psoriasis " . But, I feel strongly that either the CLO itself or the butter oil actually was triggering her immune system to ramp up and go a little over the top..... psoriasis is known as an auto-immune thing. The rash is MUCH improved now.... and I think time and patience have played the biggest part. When I re-ordered, I got the plain CLO somewhat with the idea that I wanted to calm down her overactive immune system and I just didn't know whether the butter oil had anything to do with it..... but frankly, partly due to the cost. That one bottle of CLO with butter oil was almost $40 with shipping. The plain CLO was quite a bit less, and I ordered a case of six bottles to get the best price. Since the A & D in the CLO are my top priority with the K protocol, I just had to forgo the bonus of whatever wonderful stuff might be in the butter oil at this time. For all I know, the " X Factor " in that butter oil could be Vitamin K.... which I'm already supplementing as part of the protocol. So, complicated reasoning.... but I'm avoiding it for now.
