Guest guest
Hi Chrissy, it has been about 3 weeks since I have been able to check this list. Sorry! I have been at home recovering from my TP/ICT I had on Spet. 24th. I feel excellent now. For me it was well work it. I have no pain whatsoever except for an occasional bout which lasts about 1 hour. My oxycodone takes care of that though. The pain has been less and less each week. I am now able to eat anything I want. It is awesome. I am tapering off my OxyContin and hope to be off of all drugs in a month or so. The only downfall that came out of all this is I am now diabetic. Dr. Sutherland was only able to get 105,000 islet cells from my damaged pancreas. I would rather have my diabetes than go through all the pain I had with my chronic pancreatitis. I think it is a great trade-off. I wish you the best in your upcoming surgery. Don't worry it will all work out for you! I know what you are going through. If you have any questions about your upcoming surgery I would be more than happy to help you! Feel free anytime. I could also call you if you would like. I will be thinking of you and praying for you everyday. I wish you the very best! Darren Olson dmtolson@... cell
