Guest guest
my daughter and i have been having major yeast issues the past week. i have a couple of suspicions of what is causing it (coconut oil or too much goat dairy or the " pure pressed " 100% apple cider i've been using for baking) and obviously have pulled those things out. but we have never had yeast this bad before. i believe my daughter's tonsils may be swollen from yeast. last night she had a fever for an hour and i'm not sure if that is related or not but either way we need to do something. i re-started the intro diet last night, and plan to do it for 1-2 days depending on how she and i do. after that, do i need to reintroduce foods all over again or can i jump right to the foods i know she can tolerate? thanks silvia SCD 2 months for eczema and yeast overgrowth
