Chrissy,

I beg to differ!!! At the rate we were going, talking non-stop the

whole time, with only minute lapses to fork, chew and swallow those

yummy crabcakes, I'd say that we could have easily slid through the

dinner hour and be ordering breakfast before either one of us ran out

of conversation, Chrissy! I truly enjoyed it, and was delighted to

see you looking so, so good and healthy again. I didn't see that kind

of sparkle in your eyes the first time I met you before your Begen,

and you had a " glow " to you on Thursday that didn't come from your

makeup! It was a treat to see you this way, instead of how you looked

and felt seven months ago.

I agree with you that I hope we can coordinate an opportunity for more

of our area members to get together at a time and place that will work

for everyone's different schedules and pocketbooks. I'll have to give

you advance notice, though, that I'm not able to do any amusement park

rides anymore, nor can I physically tolerate long waits in line in the

heat, either. :-(

It will be fun to get everyone together in one place to finally put

faces to the support and helpfulness we've seen in each other's posts

all these many months. A meeting representing members within the area

states is long overdue, and I'd love to meet everyone. Don't forget,

either, that we have our National PAI Symposium this year, which will

be in Indianapolis. That's one event that I won't miss, and I would

encourage all of you to start thinking about that and making plans for

that, too.

With love, hope and prayers,

Heidi
