Guest guest
" darbed? " I am sure I meant " darned! " Just typing out loud again, n Omega 3 suggestions for toddlers Hi everyone, All this talk about healthy omega 3 diets makes me concerned as I have managed to get Shaelin from the 3rd to 50% for weight but now I am concerned that it has been with feeding him all the " wrong " foods. He eats lots of cheese, milk with carnation instant breakfast, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, lots of meat, etc. He does eat a fair amount of fruits and vegetables in addition to pasta and rice. The only high omega 3 food he eats is Salmon and even that has gotten a lot of bad press lately. He does not like any cakes, banana breads, muffins etc where I could include walnuts etc. Any suggestions for how to include more high omega 3 foods into a toddlers diet?
