what foods to you all eat so you dont get pain? I live on Grilled

Chicken!!! everthing i eat either makes me naushes or gives me pain

that wakes me up and i have to sit up until it goes away.

This is so depressing to me ya know? I mean yea, I could have it

worse and im thankful I dont, but it is depressing.

What more can i eat?? do i have to excersize a lot too?
