Dear Lesa,

I'm happy for you that your flare-up that's been bothering you since May has

finally subsided and that you've been able to eat normally again. I'm curious,

though, to find out why you would chose to cut back on your enzymes? The

pancreatic enzymes are beneficial for us all the time, whether we are feeling

well or not. They are meant to be taken with meals or snacks during good

times and bad, so your cutting back on their usage has me baffled.

A good massage can help anyone feel better, and many of us, like yourself,

have benefited from treatment with a good chiropractor to keep us in

alignment. I love my chiropractor....when I go into a bad episode my back and

shoulders get tensed up horribly, and an adjustment from him makes me feel

so good that I feel like I'm walking on air.

I hope we can hear more from you in the future, and I also hope that your

good days far outnumber the bad!!

With love, hope and prayers,

Heidi
