Somehow I thought I had answered it and then realized I didn't think I did. It is Cigna POS. I am in the process of writing an explanation of why I feel I have been wrongly denied by Cigna. I am filing a formal complaint against them with the Indiana Insurance Commission. I also hope you do not have the problems I have had. My suggestion to you is to document every time you talk to someone at Cigna, no matter who it is. Get their name, department , phone number with extension if they have one. Briefly write down what you conversation with them was about. If your Cigna is anything like mine was you will get the run around big time. They tried to be very intimidating toward me. Good luck and if there is anything I can do let me know. Please let me know where you are at in the procedure and with Cigna.
