Wow!! Things can get better!!

Well, I got lucky this week!!! No, not that way, silly!!! I got a

digurasic patch the other day and, for the first time in 9 years, I feel so

good, healthy, pain-free and ALIVE!! I do not see why they did not get to

this earlier.

I was actually in very poor shape for the last three months and never called

the doctor or the ER. I had given up and thought that I could ride out this

attack myself. Stupid mistake!! My glucose levels hovered around 300, I was

in constant pain, nausea was terrible (was throwing up a lot), could not eat

protein as it made me ill; I could only eat carbs to get by.

Now, I am so happy and, after this experience, feel that we really need to

get a pancreatitis sufferers " Bill of Rights. "
