There is a special unit on the 2nd floor for > just that purpose. Chrissy, Is the 2nd floor where the General Research Unit is? I stay in that unit after one ERCP/Stenting and it was great. It is the unit that they have patient starting Insulin Pump therapy. It was cool because instead of counting grams of carbs, they somehow weighed the food before you ate and after and told you how many grams of carbs had been consumed. Thay had their own kitchen and all. Also the unit where I got fes when I was suppose to be NPO. Of course you know what happened after I ate !! The only time I DID NOT stay after an ERCP was the one time a stent was not placed. And that was the onlt time I did not have an acute attack post ERCP!! Hope everyone is doing well.
