HI all-----I completed about half of my contacts with the on line form a few

days ago------saved it-----when I went back a day later to complete it, the

form was there, minus all the information------frustrated, I typed out all

the info. Dr. R. said we needed, and wrote a paragraph or two for each

contact. I just completed them last night------now from what I can see only

the on line form is acceptable. Is this true? At this rate I'll be on this

step for the next week! grrrrrrrrrrr
