Guest guest
Larabar: someone said only certain larabars are legal. How can I tell? Specifically, banana cookie says, " almonds, dates, unsweetened raisins " . These things are all legal. Says raw and real food. Found 365 organic very berry fruit strips at Whole Foods. Much easier to eat than the fruit leather. Ingredients: organic apples, organic natural flavor, fruit juice concentrates (strawberry, raspberry, lemon, blueberry and/or cranberry). Legal or illegal? Lunch or Deli meats - I cannot find any legal versions. I have looked at Whole Foods and thought I found some only to find that carageen is illegal. Any suggestions? Recipe site - is there a recipe list serv? Finally - can you give too many (much) probiotics? I think I read that you should only take 3billion per day? Chloe takes the one from Kirkmans and I think it has 3 billion per day. She also eats about 1 cup of goat yogurt per day. Is this too much? Should I cut out the Kirkmans? Thanks, Amy
