Day 7 - - 20.3 pounds gone!!!!

Dear Family...

I can't tell you how pleased I am. As you know from

my posts, my surgery was a stellar success! Not a

problem to mention, not a complication to speak of. I

was a little over the weight limit when I started out.

In fact, I had to weigh at Dr. Jaroch's office

because he was the only Dr. in town with a hefty scale

that weighed up to 1000 pounds instead of the usual

350. His office scale is digital. Thank God he let

me use his scale. The week before surgery, I weighed

in at 362.3 pounds...

Today, on the way home, I stopped by that same office

and I weighed in at 342 pounds!!!! I can actually

weigh on a normal scale now!

I am so grateful to God for Dr. R! I am happier than

and ant in a candy factory!

Five days post op I had lost 12.3 pounds, but just 2

days later I'm down 20.3 pounds!

Now I know it's water weight, but pounds are pounds

and I'll get rid of them any way I can. I am so happy

I'm going to go walking tonight.

I know we refer to the surgery as dancing, but I want

you to know (for me anyway) that I will be dancing for

the rest of my life!!!!!!

By the way, I got home, called my insurance company

and I was APPROVED!!!!! They have to pay me back for

every nickel I paid for privately!!!!!

I was a self-pay but now I will be reimbursed 100%!!!!
