Guest guest Posted January 9, 2007 Report Share Posted January 9, 2007 Hi, My son has been SCD since April 06' and i'd like to try adding the SCD yogurt next. I will be purchasing a yogurt maker today but I'm conflicted on which is the best one. We will be using Meyenberg Goat Milk (only goat milk I can find here - no one will sell raw). I have heard that the smaller jars (ie: Euro Cuisine, Donvier) make a creamier thicker yogurt and the yogourmet large batch the yogurt turns out runnier. I'd definitely like a thicker creamier consistency to the yogurt. Advice on which to purchase would be wonderful.
