Guest guest
Yes I am all too familiar with Seymour Hiney's designer hospital gowns and no doubt I will be sporting some of Ohio's finest soon enough...lol. I will be staying in town for several days after discharge from the hospital and have book a stay at a very fine hotel. I expect to get well aquainted with room service but still want to look nice and stroll the shops some. Shoes are a problem. I leave here sunday the 14th and will return on Dec 2. I wont have access to the internet at all so I will have to ask Alison to let ya'll know how it is going. Well by the time I get back, Fliss, you and Jim should have some results from the testing. I'll be thinking about ya'll and you already know that you are in my prayers. I look forwward to hearing nothing but good news when I return home. Billy is going to fly in monday night. I will meet with the surgeon who will be harvasting and implanting the islet cells on monday; the 15th, and have a 5 hout gtt..bblleecchhh. Well anyway he will fly in that night and we will be up early tuesday, 16th, for the surgery. They said it would take most of the day then I will spend a couple of days in the sicu. Billy will fly home late thursday night, I should be in a regular room by then. I will be in the hospital for about 10 days or so then spend the rest of my time lounging and enjoying a very fine hotel. OOoo I wonder if they have a massuesse. I hope your feeling well Fliss and that your trip to Spain and the reunion with Jim's budies helped ya'll work out some of the anxiety and fears you must be dealing with. Will you be staying in the hospital after you have your ERCP? Sounds like they will be doing a lot and you will be under for a while. I'll want to hear all about it when I get back. Take care Fliss and give Jim my best. Chrissy
