Guest guest
Hi, my son (2.5 yo, borderline ASD w/ constipation, phenol issues, GFCF 9 mos.) & I have been approaching SCD for 1 mo. now. All we have left to eliminate are illegal supplements & enzymes. How can you tell if foods are being properly digested? When he eats carrots or winter squash, which he now LOVES, his poop is orange, not unformed but looser and gassier than when he doesn't eat these foods. Is this OK, or does it show that he's not digesting them well?
