Could someone (a moderator?) contact this Pamela Rice Hahn and try to

get her to revise her yogurt instructions? I can't do it because I

don't use Microsoft Outlook for my email. She mentions SCD and quotes

from the knowledge base and offers BTVC for sale, but she instructs

people to incubate their yogurt for 2 to 4 hours. D-:

This is where the incorrect yogurt instructions are:

This is her personal website:

I went to another of Ms Rice Hahn's webpages and finally found an

address for her that I could use, so I wrote her. It was this:

pamela@...

But maybe someone with more authority should contact her.

Done and thanks :

>Pam there is an error in your instructions for SCD yogurt. The milk should be

cooled to

>about 77 degrees F. before starter is added. Elaine Gottschall says in her

book, cool to

>room temperature. Someone on the children's list for autism and SCD

inadvertantly

>changed the instructions somewhere along the line.
