Is there a new nebulizer out there that delivers all the med?

My mother in law has asthma and was at the doc this week and got a

new nebulizer cup that the doc told them delivers all of the med

rather than wasting much like most nebs do. My first thought was

that the dosages aren't really designed for all of the med to be

inhaled. And I have never heard of such a nebulizer but thought I

would ask here because if it exists I'm sure someone here has heard

about it. They say that there is no cloud when she takes a

treatment.
