A product called Mrs. Mays Almond Cruch is really yummy but I am

wondering if it is legal. The ingredients are:

Quality Ingredients: Premium dry-roasted nuts, toasted sesame seeds,

natural fruit pieces, organic evaportaed cane juice, rice malt, sea

salt

It is vegan, dairy free, gluten free, etc. The only question I had

was with regard to the rice malt. I didn't know if this was a

starchy part of the product. I also don't know if it is less than 2%

because I haven't called the manufacturer yet. Here is info. from

another web site:

A note from the Manufacturer…

Mrs. May's is a healthy and natural snack alternative, and it tastes

great! Mrs. May's is free of wheat, dairy and cholesterol so it's a

great alternative to chips or confectionery. (It's all natural

ingredients, the fats, carbs and calories come from nuts so they're a

good fat, carb or calorie – the kind we need for proper metabolism

and natural energy.) Everything you eat with Mrs. May's has a

benefit, nuts are high in Omega 3 fatty acids which are good for our

hearts and brains, and are a natural anti-inflammatory, and seeds are

good for the circulation. All of these snacks are NUTS, SEEDS and A

PURE CAIN (syrup) BINDER. There is nothing else, nothing added, all

natural and good for you!!

Below is some information that you may also find helpful.
