Guest guest
Just a quick note to say I spoke too soon! Still have the pain? Does anyone have gout in this group or osteoarthritis in the toe bones? I'm beginning to worry now about my kidneys? Any comments would be appreciated. How ironic, I get the dog cause they tell me to walk for my degenerative disc disease & now my feet hurt!!! Ah...life is grand! Sorry to be complaining, but I am anyway.....love & best wishes to all....
Guest guest
, My uncle suffers severely from gout in his legs. I did some studying up through natural health magazines, articles and internet, and found that eating cherries whether it be fresh or canned daily is supposed to help with gout. There is some type of natural antioxidant or whatever they call it that helps to relieve it. One must eat quite a lot of cherries. I think it was equivalent to a 1/2 to a pound a day. Less if concentrated, if that is possible. But even a smaller amount might be able to help some of the symptoms. I can't tell you if it worked for my uncle, because he is the type that doesn't want to change his ways and help himself. So he still suffers terribly from it.
