Guest guest
does anyone have suggestions for a honey substitute? my daughter does not tolerate it yet, even the filtered kind. i've been using apple cider in its place, but it makes the product too runny and then it doesn't cook well. i was thinking of simmering the cider for a while to see if i could concentrate the sugars. any other ideas? have also used really ripe bananas but would like to find something different. thanks! silvia scd 2 months for eczema
Guest guest
Pearsauce is super-duper sweet.... much sweeter than applesauce (depending on the pears)... and is a good sub for honey in recipes.
