Marisa,

It's been a long time since we've heard from you! It's so good to hear from you

again, and I hope you're doing well. How's your osteophenia? Mine has

gone forward into osteoporosis in the spine that was confirmed on my last

bone scan, so I'm taking heavy duty Calcium Posture D, but I feel great, and

always try to stand tall.

I can't imagine the pain you must have experienced to have the fine needle

aspiration without some knock out drugs........yikes, it hurts just to think

about

it!! It hurt badly enough when they had me loaded!
