dance in the AM. I can't wait to hear all the details. You'll be on the

other side before you know it!

Hi guys!! I woke up this morning to 161 emails in my mailbox, and thought

" I

knew I was missing something! " We are here in Durham! It is 8:20 in the

morning, and what a beautiful morning it is, and as soon as I finish this

note, and get off-line, I'm calling Trude and we're meeting for breakfast!!

Meeting Trudy for real, in person! Wow.

Anyway, so far so good. I am not nervous, just eager. I want tomorrow to

come, and the surgery to happen, and then have the tummy pain, cruise the

nurse's station and go get my buddy to walk with me, and then get busy on

the

other side! I want to start on this new path toward this new life.

You all are so important and so wonderful! I read Flo's most recent

contribution, sound and wise as usual; I read the wonderful posts that were

sent to Durham specifically, and thank you all for your prayers and good

wishes for all of us crossing over today and tomorrow. Glo Dean, I will try

to find out about Jenn from Protland at clinic today; and will of course

check up on our Ruqayya. Trude and I are gonna go tuck her in tonight,

after

clinic and before our last supper. Not really our last, you know what I

mean!

Keep us in your hearts. I will post a little more later, maybe even with my

dancing, singing, acting partner Trude. Y'all have a great day!!!!!!!!
