I want to make the pecanbread bread recipe, but I am afraid if the DCCC because we are casein free. My son has grown tired of pancakes for breakfast, so we are thinking about toast and eggs, and I would like to make some bread to toast. The dairy free version would put us in the poorhouse at 6 cups of flour. has anyone used different nut flours to make the bread?
