Dear Heidi,

You are too funny...thanks for being a good sport about the peanut

butter....actually, I used to love eating peanut butter and honey on soda

crackers growing up. Then, as I discovered all the hidden calories in

peanut butter when I was in my 20s, I gave up peanut butter andI started

to eat more veggies. One of my natural pathic docs said that because

there's so many chemicals in the soil (and all of the allergies people

are developing), that NO ONE SHOULD EAT PEANUTS....ah, I see you and Dr.

Burke would get along well....!

I think in the past 5 years, I've only eaten peanut butter 2 or 3

times, as that was one of the ingredients in a popular Thai Peanut Sauce

that's mixed with chlli and other spices as a barbecue marinade (it's

actually quite tasty). I made this marinade sauce for some veggie kabobs

(can also be used with chicken kabobs) & it was quite the hit of the

barbecue!

Anyone want the recipe? LOL

Wish my hubby & I could visit you today....would love to sample some of

your famous hot german potato salad & red cabbage & sauerkraut....I love

potatoes...my husband loves sauerkraut & bratwurst....we only get to eat

German food ONCE a year, when they celebrate Oktober Fest at one of the

Waikiki hotels....everyone enjoys the accordian music and dancing

(especially the " chicken dance " ). Do you know which one I " m talking about

(not sure what it's called in German).....

Okay, I'll just dream about your wonderful cooking and baking!

Howdy Folks ! Wow I am such a happy Camper today !!! Yup, it is going to

be a good one. I get to bake a Cake !!!!!!! mmm I wonder if I could make

2 while I'm at it LOL Ja I finally get to make the Mokka Cake. How about

a Cherry Cake to go with it .LOL Plus I get to Cook to. Yup fixed Hot

German Potato salad,

Cold Potatoes Salad, Sauerkraut, Sweet sour Red Cabbage because one of

the Guys likes this better then Sauerkraut.LOL And 2 different kinds of

Bratwurst. Now are the spoiled or what?? Come on over I am sure there

will be enough for you too. I already did my Ironing too this morning.

Now I have to clean house and then the Fun will start. Hey come on over I

let you watch. Sorry I will not let you do the work that is the fun part.

LOL But hey you can

have fun watching. lol Now don't that sounds like a lot of Fun??? Dang I

am soooo Happy !!

It does not take much to make me Happy does it. LOL See how happy you can

be when you DON " T eat Peanut Butter .lol That stuff makes you mean. LOL

Ok I hush now and go have some more fun. Just wanted you all to be Happy

too. Smile God does Love you and so do I.

So please take your Vitamins and Medicine ON TIME like you should so you

get that darn RP back in it's sleeping mood and we all can be Happy
