Guest guest
Are you like me with something new....in such a hurry to try it that you figure you'll just go ahead and skip the instructions and only read them after you run into problems? When I do this i wind up with a three legged table or a TV that just flashes the time and no digital or HD channels appear LOL! Everyone who joins this list receives a prepared welcome message identifying our official websites (two) and urging you to read the book the diet is based upon, " Breaking the Vicious Cycle " before getting started. Those who have to wait for delivery of the book will be able to get started from the information on the websites. Please read them as most typical beginners' questions are answered there. What about dairy? What about nuts, eggs, treats? Why is my child suddenly unhappy, seems ill, etc.? My child seems to be on a hunger strike We think he is allergic to many of the foods What do I feed at the start? What do I add and how soon after? What can I expect? What enzymes and supplements are allowed? Are they recommended or optional? Why can't I get many ready made foods for this diet? How do i explain it to my doctor, my family, the school? Do people really get better? And so on... www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info www.pecanbread.com Carol F. SCD 7 years, celiac
