Guest guest
Hi Sara, The box says a whole packet for ages 4-adult. I have been giving Ellie about 1/4 of the packet since I am nursing her and taking it myself. I would probably give her a half if she wasn't nursing and didn't love Salmon. I am going to email the website to our nutritionist and ask her what dosing she'd recommend...I'll let you know what she says. Let me know how it goes! Re: Omega 3 suggestions for toddlers/LAURA Hi , I want to try this with Zach. How much of the packet do you give Ellie? Does she get a whole packet? Do you need to adjust her enzymes with this oil or is it easily absorbed? This sounds like great stuff and I can't wait to try it.
