Guest guest
>> I think my honey must have that small amount of sucrose in it, as my daughter is having some reflex...she has been eating some honey everyday in the past week....the honey has been the only change. << Cathy, Although you might be right about the TYPE of honey, what caught my attention was that your daughter started eating honey (a new item for her, apparently) and has been eating it every day. Even if she tolerates the honey occasionally, every day could be enough to throw her off. I've been on SCD for more than five years, and I can honestly state that for me personally (though not necessarily everyone), if I tried to eat even a small amount of honey on a daily basis, I would have a problem with it. Similarly, as dearly as I love fresh raw salads, I've determined that I cannot eat them every day -- I have to alternate, and have salad one dat, and a cooked vegetable the next. Oh, well. Cooked veggies are a great excuse for brie sauce! -- Marilyn (New Orleans, Louisiana, USA) Undiagnosed IBS 25 Years, SCD Five Years Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
