Guest guest
> What does tolerating food look like? This might seem like a strange question but what if there was something in the intro diet that you can't tolerate? What would you do? If you consistently have diarrhea, how can you ascertain if you tolerate anything? That's when it gets tricky. If nothing you do change your symptoms at all - it may indicate that something in your base diet is bad for you. In that case, I would rotate them out, one by one for at least a week, and see if anything changes. I'd start with all the dairy or the eggs. As Elaine says with constant D, you may want to remove eggs. If nothing changes after a week like that, add it back in and see if anything gets worse and if not, keep on going.
