Guest guest Posted September 1, 2010 Report Share Posted September 1, 2010 I have decided to restart the diet and do intro for three days then I am going to use the SCDLifestyle book and work through the phases slowly adding a new food each 4th day. Going to make my chicken soup, burgers, and gelatin today/tonight. Not looking forward to this but I think it is necessary. I was doing okay but went on a cruise the last week of July and went off the diet. Have been doing the diet off and on throughout August and now I am not well at all. Need to refocus and restart. Can anyone tell me how many times they have had to restart? When you get a flare, do you restart and go slowly again through the foods or do you do the intro and then go back to the foods you were eating before the flare?
