insurance contract exclusion files question

Hello,

I was trying to get to the files that have the contract exclusion stuff in them

and I am getting a message that the files can't be found. Am I doing something

wrong?

I would like to appeal to our insurance compnay, becuase we have a silly

exclusion. Ugg.

We have the same dumb exclusion. We appealed and lost but I think others have won. Hopefully they are still in the group and will chime in. I know others have also gone to their human resource departmant for help and won appeals that way. good luck.
