Upper surgery tomorrow, before pictures

Well tomorrow is the big day. Wish my luck. Here is a link to my

website showing three before pictures. You can see my big gummy

smile, open bite, and rounded profile. The second picture shows how

I can stick my tongue through my front teeth with my back teeth

closed.

My surgeon hasn't mentioned anything about my chin, but do you guys

think it should come forward? I'll bring it up today.
