Guest guest
Hey C! One of my favorite summer dishes is to make " tacos " . I love to use fish or shrimp, but you could use any kind of meat that you like. I then top it with: guacamole salsa (if you can tolerate it) " sour cream " (dripped yogurt) shredded cheese pickled cabbage (also if tolerated) Here is the cabbage recipe- you just have to prep it the night before so it has some time to absorb the flavor (and it lasts for weeks 1. Heat together ACV (apple cider vinegar) and honey (about 3:1 ratio) until honey is dissolved 2. Slice/shred small head of purple cabbage 3. Slice thinly an onion (optional) 4. Add to vinegar/honey mixture in storage container- shake and refrigerate! -Joanna SCD 9/2009, Crohn's 1992, 20mg Prednisone > > Hi > Anyone else have more problems in the hot weather? > Suggestions for light food > Thanks > C >
