Guest guest
Great going Tina~~you are awesome. Amber/FL I'm baaaack and guess what?? Hello everybody. Sorry I've been away, but finished with my finals on the 9th and just received my grades on Tues and I got a 3.81!!! My Nutrition class I received a 3.9 and my anatomy was a 3.6, first aid was easy with a 4.0. I thought I'd pass this on. Well, what's been going on with me....I'm having a blast now that I'm 2+ years post op. Still maintaining the same weight (120 lbs) and feeling great. Ron is a little under 4 months post op and has already lost 105 lbs!! MEN?!?! He's doing great, except he's still not up to his 5 proteins a day and keeps forgetting to take his vits, but he is scheduled to get his lab work this month so we'll see. I can't keep harping on him, he's going to have to learn on his own. We are still going to the hospital and meeting newbies and getting them (well at least trying to get them) to walk the halls. Ron was able to get Sheri s up and walking the halls a few times after her TT. I return to school on Jan. 5th and for those that don't remember, I'm working on getting my degree in Nutrition and specialize in Bariatrics so I'm actually getting the teachings from my instructors and in turn, I'm teaching my instructors on how " we " work and eat and such. Well, I'd better get going, but thought I'd peek my " little jeally bean toes (red) " in and say HI and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!! I'm doing lots and lots of baking (SF and dairyfree of course) and enjoying every bit of it.....Love to all!! Guest guest
Congratulations Tina. Doesn't it feel great? I love getting the letters inviting me to join the honors program Only problem is, they don't offer honor embalming or funeral directing. : ) Its nice to be asked though.
