Guest guest
Hi Irish, Choppers dropping medical and food supplies should have been possible. If CNN could move around freely, why couldn't aid workers? It's good to see that help is finally there. I was heartened to see people getting a meal and fresh water, and as much as they wanted, although I believe there are still people who have been isolated and are still in great need. It sounds very much like everyone underestimated the magnitude of what happened, but that's still no excuse for the tremendous delay. I hope that Bush has sucked in his tremendous pride, and takes advantage of the aid that so many countries, including Cuba, have offered. It's going to take an awful lot of resources to help these people. Good detective work! Alison aka Shiloh! Take care, > Hi ! Thanks for responding. I agree with much of what you say > below.
