Hi ! Thanks for responding. I agree with much of what you say

below. How about running a helicopter over somewhere somewhat safe

and at the minimum cargo drop secured packets of drinking water or

something? Maybe that's too simplistic ... I'm not an expert on

such things ... but you'd think there was something that could have

been done more quickly.

On a lighter note, I'm having fun with this name game, and instead

of taking the easy way out and asking you, I did a mini search on

Site 2 for Shiloh. Is her name Alison? Report back!
