Does anyone have a legal recipie that is awesome...??? And can I make a huge

batch and freeze part of it for later? I never know if that is a good idea....

Thank you in advance!!!

I use Dan's chili but leave out red pepper flakes, sometimes leave out the

beans, and often use homemade tomato sauce (from Grain-free Gourmet)to sub for

part or all of the tomato juice. Also, (just because my roaster rusted) I have

switched to making it in my pressure cooker and then simmering on top of stove

to thicken.

I actually have two -- one with stew meat and one with burger meat. Which

do you prefer? (Hint: the burger meat is easier!)
