Hi Tonya,

I haven't been on the site for a few days but just wanted to check in

and see how you were doing with your palate. Hopefully you haven't had

to have that instrument reput into your mouth for your palate

expansion. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and keep up the

positive attitude. I always found that helped tremendously when I was

stuck with a brick wall during recovery.
