For me the first step was talking with a Orthodontist then he

recommended a OS

Try Dr. Sachs at www.nycoms.com. He was my OMS for my surgery

and has an excellent reputation. I was very pleased with the results he

got for me as well as with his bedside manner. He always kept me

informed throughout the whole procedure of what was going on and I had

both a cell phone number and email I could contact him via at all

times. Dr. Sachs is based in Long Island and also has an office in

Manhattan.
